Elizabeth Miller was accepted to The University of Georgia Immersion in the Russian Language, Culture, and Communities in the Baltics (IRLCCB) Program that offers an intensive study abroad experience.  It immerses students in culturally and linguistically rich hubs of Russian-speaking communities in Riga, Latvia. This program is supported by the 2024 Fulbright-Hays Advanced Overseas Language Group Project Abroad (GPA) grant funded by the U.S. Department of Education.
