Spanish Immersion Day

On Saturday, April 13, 2024, students from the AMISTAD Spanish Conversation group hosted the annual Spanish Immersion Day at the Pink Pig at Case’s Squire Vallee View Farm from 12pm-2pm.  In attendance were numerous students of Spanish, and faculty in the Spanish section of DMLL. In addition to the delicious food from Cilantro Taquería, both students and faculty brought authentic Hispanic dishes: a sweet plantain and guava cake, yuca with garlic/mojo sauce, and a tres leches cake.
